well he's right in the fact groups should ALWAYS fill their CDs. doesn't matter whether you see the sample, thats a nuke reason.
(yes i know its internal, but it would put me off checking out the groups non-internal work in the future if they don't have the basic encoding skills to sort out such a simple thing like that)
and this changes the fact that commenting on a release after seeing nothing but an nfo file is frowned upon? i mean i ban fuckers all day that do that bullshit..

No where in the rules does it say that I can't make a comment on something written in the nfo. I never commented on the quality, just on the fact that they NEVER FILL THERE CDS. And how do you know for a fact that I am judging strictly on the NFO. Do you also have mind reading powers ontop of your sexy forum mod powers?
