Avatar Specs

hope im not posting something that has already been asked, but ive looked and cant find anything, if im just missing it can somebody point me in the right direction..

Was just wondering if there are any specifications for Avatar'
ie. size, col, max filesize, Thanks in advance

dunno if this is what you are lookin for, but if you choose to change avatar, it says
"Use custom avatar
Note: the maximum size of your custom image is 60 by 60 pixels or 20000 bytes (whichever is smaller)."

exactly what i was looking for, thanks

guess it says that after you goto select custom avatar, i didn't get that far as i wanted to know if there were any specs before making one lol. thanks again
