Good solid SCR. Small blur that was hardly noticeable, weird-ish AR. But on the whole, very good and a pretty early pre too.

Shame it's German Dubbed tho.

Looks good..and when did vhs screeners become svcd...don't know about that...but its nice... German dubbed dang it.. I wanted to see this...but wait til a english version...

No, VHS should NOT all be SVCD. I repeat, should NOT all be SVCD.
Do a little research into the source (vhs) and encode (vcd/svcd) formats and you will see why it is not a good idea.

This is true, however i am refering to vhs screeners. I think you will find there are not a large amount of them, with good reason.

i mean hell, were in an age where a "cam" is accepted on a dvdr..

svcd does almost fuck all for TS's but people turn their nose up at anything other than svcd ts, even if its better quality..

i just accepted it, and let the dolts fill up their harddrives quicker.

yes, but you're forgetting that TS' come from DV cams which are 720x576 (pal) whereas the linecount on a VHS tape is incredibly low, and an SVCD capture is therefore an oversample. this is NOT good, and encoding to an SVCD more often than not looks rubbish as the capper doesn't know what they're doing. CVD is a lot better for VHS as its 352x480/576 rather than 480x480/576.

This is the worst movie I've ever watched. It's not just bad, it's amateurish! VERY VERY low budget, it must have been recorded on some abandoned factory site, the computer effects are amateurish, the actors are real amateurs, the director is a real amateur, the script writer too - NOTHING, ABSOPHUCKINGLUTELY NOTHING original in the movie, it just steals from the Alien Trilogy and from the movie Body Snatchers. Video -6. The "Property Of" crap appears right at the decisive moments in the movie and covers the ENTIRE screen! it's not like in the Empty Below and Final Destination 2 screeners, there the "property of" notices were not disturbing, cause it were just two lines at the bottom, but in this movie it's different.

Audio - 8. pretty much ok (apart from the the HORRIBLE amateurish dubbing

Movie itself - 2. Why 2 and not 1? 'cause they steal ideas from the great Alien movies and from the movie Body Snatchers, which makes the movie a little more interesting, since they basically just copied the plot of the other movies, so watching this movie is like watching a low budget version of Alien, which may appear appealing to some people (but don't forget to smoke a joint prior to watching this movie, otherwise it's unendurable )

Btw, here's a piece of advice for non-german speakers: don't wait for an English release, just download this one and don't worry about the german language - since the movie is so stupid, the characters never say anything, all you hear are gunshots and the words "Come on, shoot, shoot!" sometimes it varies a little, then they shout, "Come on, shoot faster! Ah!! The Bug has bitten off my dick! Shoot the motherphucker!" lol. Even if you can't speak german, you won't miss anything

i have to agree with php... this movie is sooo bad compared to the real part 1 one...

It´s got AMATEUR written all over it...
It´s so LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW budget....i think all the members from vcdquality could shoot a better one
