AFAIK NTSC runs at 29.97fps and the movie is shown in NTSCFILM or something at 24.97fps. A PAL camera on the otherhand would have captured at 25fps which is closer to source and thus reducing the flickering. I can not swear that this is true but it is what I think is correct. Sorry mods, havn't seen the sample so I can't give any ratings on it, just tried to explain the reason why the first guy talked about NTSC cam If this info is incorrect, feel free to delete it.
edit: you are right. it IS incorrect. ntsc film runs at 23.976fps. pHo
