well, its a 4-pass and it looks good, no skips or other errors. speaking of the movie i have to say that the original was better, although tom hanks was perfect in his role.

after watching:

not really blurry on the tv, movie seemed like it would be more interesting than it was, admittedly its not a cookie cutter movie like so many this year have been, is it just me or does it seem like so many movies turn into the "feel good movie of the year" with some wierd little comical reminder from the middle of the movie to make everything ok, I want a movie that doesn't make me chuckle at something retarded at the end.....

maybe it was the $50CAD dvdplayer or poor burning conditions but I was having trouble at 3 minutes into the 2nd disc, anybody else have this? After watching entire movie:
