Actually no worries, It'll get nuked. Anyways 'Van.Helsing.DVDRiP.RETAiL.SVCD-MPT 'is out, and the DVD-R, so i'll take the DVD-R

This is the legit version. Check out Van.Helsing.DVDRip.XviD.FiCO.SCREAM.Compare-IND that was released earlier, and watch your copies of both carefully. And it does not have SVCD borders, If you have the subs in there that will cause that, but open the file in Nandub or Vdub and you will see NO BORDERS of any kind.
