Pdvd

I suggest to add pdvd's to the site. Adding all SVCD's is a waste, all SVCD DVD-RIPS should be a 10 and if they aren't a 10 they will be nuked anyhow. But sometimes PDVD's vary in quality and won't be nuked if below 10, because they come out before the dvd is in stores.
