Sound problems

Hi guys

i donwloaded Troy, and video quality is great, the only problem is the sound, the voices are very very low, barely audible, i have to crank up my volume to max to hear something. Trouble is, when i want to watch it on my laptop, i don't have external speakers and so can't crank up the volume much...

Looking at the file with gspot codec info, it says i have 4 compatible audio codecs, so i really don't know what i should do to get some better sound.
