i was thinking maybe we can add the voting options to the posts in the comments forums. that way everytime u post a comment u vote too.
the first post in a thread will require u to vote on the video and audio quality but not the movie. also make it so u can update ur vote everytime u post in the thread. and the vote would show through out the posts u have in a thread. u can make it with values from 1 to 10 for video and audio and 0 to 10 for movie rating.
i noticed a lot of people who rate the releases in the threads but never actually vote for them.

I could be wrong but I expect this would involve a pretty major rewrite of a lump of vBullitin... Similar to my suggestion that people with less than 20 posts SHOULDN'T be allowed to post in comments threads.
