virtualdubmod
open your mkv file (this setup works for .ogm media, but i dont see why it should for this)
click the streams tab, and select stream list
disable any audio/subtitles files you dont need and full process the one you want (by right clicking it) then you can save the audio as a wav from there.
then click "save avi" from the file menu. but make sure under video tab you set it to direct stream (you dont need to encode it it's already divx/xvid)
then encode the wave usuing the EAC + LAME setup (very easy to google that)
then combine the mp3 and avi with virtualdubmod.
