need help with fat albert POT TS kvcd - A TUS release

whats good people i need help burning this download of fat albert i use nero to burn vcd's but this is in the .bin and .cue format where im used to kvcd' in .mpeg format also the .cue file is 173kb where the .bin file is 820.48mb so wheni try to burn it it says i dont have enough space on my 700mb cd can someone please help an if it helps i also have dvd2svcd and tmpeg but i really need help burning this movie thanx in advance.

In Nero it's File Menu > Burn Image (then select the .cue file) but you'd be better off with something a bit more meaty for burning like Alcohol120% or BurnAtOnce.
