Unhappy cue to mpeg

I'm having trouble converting the bin/cue to mpeg. I run WinRar and get the bin/cue files no problem. Then when I run VcdGear I still get a bin/cue file not an mpeg. What am I doing wrong? Then I have to burn 2-cd's to get the 1 movie.

Are you making sure you are extracting the mpegs from the bin file instead of just copying it?
