Exclamation DVD Screeners

Having an issue with DVDSCR files with the audio out of synch. I use smart projects iso buster to convert the .bin file to .mpg and the audio is always out of synch. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Admin?

Well, you could try VCDGear but whenever I hear about people struggling to extract the mpeg I always wonder "why?" (unless you're converting it to DVD) - to watch them on a PC just mount the CD image with Daemon Tools or Alcohol120% instead.

I use Daemon Tools and Vcdgear. (Just depends on which one I can locate first.)

I've never used Alcohol120. How is that program?

Alcohol 120% is the shit imo...a wonderful little app. However if you have all your routines down with the tools you have...then you may not want/need to change things. I swear by it but others may swear AT it...all you can do is check it out if youre so inclined.

BANNED

I've seen this issue with specific burners.

Go this route:

bin to mpg : vcdgear

Report back if you are burning or mounting.

why do you do that? What do you use the mpg for? Like viewing or....if its viewing then just download media player classic and open the bin with it. Keep in mind that some do not work with it though, but hardly any dont.

If you just want to play it, not burn it, try Crystal Player. It has a "skew correction" that corrects audio being out of sync. I needed it badly once for a file that was WAY off, and it worked like a charm.

Once you have converted the file with iso to mpg, is the out of sync audio happening after you have joined the file?

or is it out of sync directly after you have converted to mpg and the file is still split?
