svcd to dvd

i have just tried to convert be cool dvd scr using tmpgenc i have done this many times b4 and no problems i formatted my pc yesterday and this is the first since i get a message can`t load "P3Package.dll" can anyone help

Extract it from the .zip and dump it in the Windows\System32 folder... and next time search - I found that answer within 30 seconds of opening Yahoo.

yeah sorry for being a twat the minute i posted it, i googled it and got the answer i just removed the shortcut went to the original program folder put the shortcut back and it worked sorry for being a twat, just getting frustrated and wasn`t thinking straight
