The TC is great, this one is great for beeing a screener but I wouldnt get it if you arent a vcd nerd. Saosin to the people, this one has no bw or wm, what I can see.
Typical Wastedtime, no marks at all, FS, good colours, slight audi hum and a little blotchy. I find TC's can be pretty dark (especially with horrors or "night" movies), so i appreciate the odd VCD like this for a look-see.
I feel theres not really a need for VHS Screeners after Telecines, unless ur geriatric and cant be parted from your 4:3 TV, but since DTS sourced sound is practically non-existent these days, screener do have some worth, and the Telecines of this weren't that good anyway.
I saw the sample and it just didn't do the justice to download the whole thing. The TC is definitly better than this, and I'm not big on audio... as long as it's clear I'm not going to complain. Wastedtime doesn't exactly do the best screeners from what I've seen.
no doubt this is a great release...didn't like the telecine because it was in a different language...but even the ctp release was better quality than this screener....overall we appreciate the effort Wastedtime...
7/8/8 movie was good for some and others it wasn't...I liked it.

Reality Is Only A State Of Mind...
A very nice VHS SCREENER, if you have the TC you can pass this one over (unless you wont FS).
Video is very nice, it's what you expect from a good VHS SCEENER and whot wee are used to from Wastedtime.
If there is a reason to download this one is the audio very nice and clear (for a VHS).

I can't believe noone mentioned the fact that the Telecine had the cyrillics for subtitles, where as this release they are in English!
That's a BIG plus! I still prefer the TC video, but now that I have this release for the subtitles, I know what they were saying during those parts.
