Dvdr help

I don't want to piss any mods off so I hope I'm not...but I would really be thankful if somebody could help me with the new Star Wars Dvdr release. I don't have a dvd burner and would really like to watch this release. I see that my only options are either putting it onto a couple cdrs and transferring it over to a friends computer with a dvd burner, or mounting the movie and watching it on my computer, or through s-video output or whatever. I could have more option!?!? But my main question is, how would I put this to vcd, or even a data cd? I know I've asked this before but it was somewhat vague, and my last post got deleted because it wasn't on the release of the movie. Thank you to anyone who can offer some assistance.

i would imagine you could use a iso imaging proggie, and then use a DVD2SVCD guide off of Vcdhelp.com

i could be wrong, but its sounds right

Yeah, but one dude said I could split the movie into parts or something and burn as a non-standard vcd using nero. How do I do that?
