How do I fit 3 or 4 VCD or SVCD's onto 1 DVD?

Just wondering how to do this, what is the easiest way to do this as someone I know has put 3 good quality VCD's or SVCD's onto 1 DVD disk and the picture was great, the problem is the guy won't tell me how to do it.

Hoping that someone can give me a step-by-step guide on what to do and what I will need.

Thanks in advance for any help received.
