i put a thread out on svcd2dvd but it never showed - was there a reason ??

Your first 10 posts have to go via the Moderator queue so either myself or one of the other sexy bastards that helps keep this site going has to approve them - my guess is it didn't get approved.

Maybe it was a duplicate thread, obvious spam or complete crap. Or you may have simply cocked it up when you were posting

then you didn't understand me..you said that you couldn't find the answer as to why your post didn't show up(in whatever thread) by doing a search...well,i found that strange because whenever you make a post,you will see a message saying that the first 10 posts are sent to the mod q blah blah blah..i thought it was foolish to search for an answer to that question because the answer is right in front of you...if you were saying that you couldn't find the answer to some other question,i appologize..for future reference,i misunderstand posts and don't always "get" sarcastic remarks(i'm a bit of a fool when i get heavily "medicated")..now,truthfully,were you searching for an answer about your post not showing up or was i just being foolish?

Yep after I made my thread, about IRC, I was wondering why it wasn't showing up.

Quick little search solved that. BTW the guide on different terms on the main VCDQ site was excellent. So much I didn't know before...

Is that what your original question was? Don't be telling me porkie pies because there's no way that would've been removed from the Mod-queue because it hasn't been asked before - I reckon you phrased it as a PAL/NTSC encoding problem or similar... Something which has been covered here before.

In answer to your post though - it would be nice if you said "what" happens when you play a PAL DVD :P (in that thread, don't hijack this)

space_cowboy: dont be getting a smartarse, cos you'll only end up getting yourself banned....and that would be a shame, cos this is one of the best forums ive been on. Yes, there is lots of piss taking, but if you have a genuine problem, the guys here are helpfull as fuck.

Now you have your thread, why not reenter the problem your having, im sure you'll get the answer you want.
