just a quick question maybe not the right section to ask but y is interlaced bad ??

this is a good movie good encode till about 15 mins to the end when it becomes heavyly pixelated so bad you cant even see the peoples faces

video= 4 would have been higher if not for the bad pixels at the end
audio = 9 what you would think a dvdscreener would be
movie = ok not the best but not the worst worth a watch
