This is indeed a very early release of the Italian retail version by FTS. Official region 1 release date is March 14, 2006... However, there are several (minor) problems with the release. It's nuked here at VCDQuality for being interlaced - though it doesn't have the skipping video that FTS' XviD release had.

Also, the disc doesn't play in my Sony standalone, which usually indicates some DVD specifications compliance problem, probably caused by FTS' editing. An easy workaround for Sony owners is to re-author a new disc with the movie title only in DVD Shrink.

Moreover, menus are in Italian only. And there's a scrolling intro text hardcoded into the video at around 00:05:30 in Italian. The text is not translated with English subtitles, but here and here are screenshots from FiCODVDR's NTSC DVDSCR release, showing the same text in English...
