Hahaha, it's not entirely improbable. This release is labelled "Dailies" - as in, rough untouched footage shot on a day to day basis. It doesn't need to be the full movie, it could just be a couple of shots of the back of Spidey's head, or some parked cars.

Still, if someone were to be sneaking it off the set and leaking it online... Ouch. Wouldn't want to be on the receiving end of the clout they'd get for that.

no way... this film is still in production... how can there possibly be a workprint???

i know tobey mcguire just flew after new years holiday to begin filming spiderman... as reported by Entertainment tonight...

spiderman 3 shold take like 3 months to film... so it sholdn't get done until april...

maybe it's a workprint of spiderman 2?

1 CD VCD (the video bitrate indicates this), means it's obviously a very short clip. I'm still hoping to see it though.

BTW, if this is real, sure as heck dont use any torrents. There's a new USA federal law that makes it instant jailtime if the movie hasn't been released. (in fact its instant jailtime if its in any sorta shared folder, even if no one ever gets it).

The movie is released on May 7, 2007. As of yet, there have only been a couple of production photos. If this is real, it most likely is raw footage, maybe without audio, and definetly missing all CG.
