I always have problems with NeDiVx when converting to DVD (DVD2SVCD/D2SRoBa/CCE) editing with VDub doesn't usually help either. Unfortunately it seems to be the case for 99% of they're releases. Once converted they go out of synch it's a shame that they don't take this into account as i'm sure a lot of people like to convert they're xvid's to save bandwith.

Although haven't tried this particular release yet

its a shame really as the quality is good i use vso convertxtodvd and thought is was unusual that vso had made the rls go outa sync as its normally very reliable.

I will have to grab this one and check it out for sync issues after converting. Not all NeDiVx releases have this issue. Usually I just put up with it and watch on the monitor if necessary

Newbie

Have you guys tried using AVI-Mux GUI prior to converting to MPEG2?

I used it with the original release (ie not the repack) and it reported the audio was out by 264ms.

I converted the fixed file and watched it without any sync issues.

Thanks for the tip. Haven't come across this before will have to check it out. Nandub is also a useful tool for editing.
Stilll! not grabbed this release yet If I ever do get around to it will post the findings + rate the movie. Which is what should be doing in the first place really. Gone slightly off topic lol..
