The LOL version isn't great either.

Loads of frame errors, dropped frames
Poor cut points where you can hear the audio from the adverts.

The average quantizer value is 5.6 for the lol release which technically is against the scene rules. In the case of high average quantiser values the resolution should be reduced ..

either that or more bitrate and larger file sizes
