The Asteroids audio and the MVS audio are the same source. The difference is that the Asteroids audio is VBR and at 48000Hz, whereas the MVS audio is CBR and at 44100Hz. It's not definitive proof, but it would seem to indicate that, if anything, MVS is the group that stole the audio, not Asteroids. Regardless, Asteroids is the only group whose audio meets scene rules. Since MVS's doesn't it doesn't count, so according to scene rules there's no "dupe audio", ergo no nuke for stolen audio.
Make sense? No, doesn't to me either, but who cares.
