cant get my wii to connect to the net.

Using a sweex wireless router (directly upstairs), my wii finds the access point (which i take to mean its found the router), and can input the encryption key, but when i try to test the connection, i get a 51330 error: cant connect to internet.

its doing my head in. Tried the usual changing the channel to 1 or 11, no luck. Mac filtering is switched off.

Cant understand why it wont connect. Theres a laptop 8 foot away thats connecting no problem (removed the wireless adapter out of it to check it wasnt interferring, no luck).

any wii owners had this problem?

EDIT: sorted now, had to buy a new router! other one was getting on a bit, but no probs with this new one!
