This is my first thread in VCDQ and I hope you guys won't flame me though.

Here's my problem.

I've been getting lots of videos and about 2-3 of them have a slight .... problem.

When I play them with WMP / Media Player Classic ... The video tends to stop every 2 seconds consistently and the continue ... But with VLC I managed to get it to work , but I would prefer MPC since VLC have some pixels problem for me when I fast forward though. All the videos are AVI format. Kindly help please.

That might help playback in MPC.

You could also try MPlayer... Similar to VLC in that its totally standalone. It's not as feature rich but its less flaky.
