Im getting a problem with quicktime when streaming from websites.

The problem is the navigation bar is not showing so playing , rewinding and fast-forwarding is a bitch because i cant see the buttons.

Anyone know whats going on ? Ive added a screeny for you helpful bunch.

The red mark is where the nav bar should be.

im guessing youve already uninstalled/reinstalled, so the next step would be to find out if theres a patch for the issue. if not, try installing QT as a browser plugin instead. this would let you stream content without the hassle of a stand-alone player.

Yep tryed re-installing it im thinking it could jusut be a compatability issue with vista. anyone else having any problems ?

if it weren't for the streaming aspect, i would say use Nero Showtime, as it plays .mov files. don't know if it actually streams tho...

I can view the trailers fine and i can open them in a quicktime window but thats not the point ,it should have a functioning bar at the bottom , and it has'nt.
