Right after the success of The VCDQuality.com Million Rupee Invitational earlier this evening, we're going to do it again next sunday (February 3rd) possibly a little later (5pm EST/10pm GMT). We had 8 players in our tourney tonight with 3 top taking home about $143 in prize money between them. Everyone had a good time and the game lasted for 2 hours.
We don't wanna set the buy-in too high for people who don't play much (or have never played before, see below) so for the next one let us know what you think the buy in should be. Whatever your amount, there'll be a 10% fee to play too levied on top that goes to the poker site.
Not played before? Don't play much? We from VCDQs subversive IRC channel #suicidebombers play online most evenings these days for either low buy in SNGs ($1+25c buy ins usually) or playchips or whatever, feel free to join us and learn. Most of us haven't played a huge amount, especially me so don't feel put off.

I shall be signing up for a slice of next weeks action. I don't really mind what the buy in is, maybe we should set it a little lower to attract more players? maybe something like $10 including tax all in? Just a suggestion. Personally I'm quite happy to keep it the same as tonights as it makes the prize money decent.

Also i'd rather start with 3000 chips for the same price as it makes the game last a bit longer. I was out after an hour tonight.

it seemed like the turbo sng's on pokerstars. normally you'd have 10 minutes between blind increases, think this one was 5, at least it seemed really quick cause dwaggy's hack took all my money.
but yeah, i'd be comfy in a 10$ 10minute blind increase. and what's with the run down clock, you get like 20 seconds to make these life altering decisions....

the blinds were at 10minutes, it wasn't set to turbo (we could if we wanted to, but we didn't). i guess it just must've felt faster.
also if you get the 15 second countdown, just click TIME and you're all ok. the countdown is due to people in normal games/freerolls etc not being there when the games start and slowing everyone down.
I'll probably play again if I'm about. Same buying again would be grand. Hopefully not first out this time .I just don't seem to have the same patience anymore mainly why I stopped playing the last few months.

Not going to make this one... not because I was sore about coming 4th and just missing out on a profit last time but because it was my birthday on Friday and I got promoted the same day so I've been promised some "extra" special birthday sex tonight (which probably just means she'll make an effort to stay awake this time ).
