xbox 360 Mod Chip

Aright, I know this question has been asked a thousand times, but Ive looked any wanted to see what the latest information was. I'm buying a xbox 360 in about 2 weeks. I also want to mod it. So my questions are this....

1. What is a good mod chip & website to buy from.

2. I'd like to not get banned from live for using a backup (if possible).

3. I'd like to have a chip that I could turn on & off when I wanted it.

Thanks!!!

I know that you can flash your drive which would enable you to play burnt (backed-up games). As for a mod...I think that there is, but it's only needed when trying to flash certain drives...I could be totally wrong.

"The NME-360 autodetects the inserted media. If the inserted media is a backup NME-360 injects the necessary information to the DVD drive enabling it to boot smoothly ahead! If the media is an original game, or anything else, which doesnt require any further action of the NME-360 then it simply falls asleep so there is no need for an external switch whatsoever. This way it can not be detected online when you play an original onlinegame."
