I think Dutch thinks pHo was referring to an actual thread in the pink about this. I'm pretty sure Dutch has seen the 2G1C video however I think pHo was just implying that this is so old that it could have come from a 2007 thread.

I experienced in my high school that some students wrote an essay for a another student who rarely turned in his essays.

It was about writing what you did on daily basis, and they wrote seriously that he was beating up people because at home he used to get beaten up. He had tried drugs, etc, was gang related, and that he tried to get help but nobody wanted to help him, they also wrote about suicidal thoughts.

The teacher was old and got scared she went to the principal and this guys parents got called in. After they found out that it wasn't him who wrote it they found out who did, they tried to accuse them for falsification of documents, can you believe that shit, but they only got suspended for a few days. But still falsification of documents for such a small thing, that is overreaction.
