I work for a landlord who has had broadband installed in some of his properties. We got a list of passwords/codes for each house from the guy that installed the broadband.

Problem is they're not working and the installation guy can't be arsed and tech support is no help.

Is there any way to determine the correct password needed to log on to the broadband? Can it be hacked or summat like that?

The only way I know is to connect directly to the router and reset the password.
