Uh did you even pay attention in school? The Vice President IS the President of the Senate as defined by the U.S. Constitution, Article 1, Section 3:
Can't totally disagree with AIP for one they promote limited government. I for one would prefer that the government stay the fuck out of my life but hey I guess I'm in the minority since it's so much easier to let "Mama Government" take care of you huh.
