I'm not a thief, someone I know had an accident at work with a pile of cash and a dye pack. He wants to clean up his own mistake before his boss/dad gets back.
Get him to take it into his local bank and they will change it and probably have the money replaced themselves.
A few years ago when the cash changed style and colour they also changed the size of the money and certain people were taking the dye out of the paper and re printing it because the paper was original :P
The old £5 became the new £10, £10 became the new £20, the old £20 became the £50
So as you can imagine some people had some right fun, and made a bundle
