Good release. Good premise. Ended up being just ok. Kids were good, didn't care for Bill Murry's character or the way he played it. Didn't read the book, if there was one.

Surprisingly decent movie. Wouldn't necessarily call it a kiddie flick though that does appear to be the intended audience to a degree. But can easily be enjoyed by the older crowd and has some nice cinematography yoo.

Just when you thought actresses couldn't get any younger or cuter! The movie suffers much like Golden Compass in having a truncated ending. Either they planned a sequel or the money ran out? Up until then it was great. Counterfeit's nfo mentions keeping a commentary track but there was never one to begin-with or much else in the way of extras for that matter!
