I'm a webmaster of over 20 sites and I just don't get this site.

Let me explain...

Even with adblock plus all I see when I click on a given movie title is clickbank links.... (ads)

I mean isn't the whole point of this site is to find out new torrent releases and then follow a link to the download for that torrent???

Secondly the movies are all renamed "xvid" which doesn't help at all when you input that into google.....

So your changing the names of the releases???????


Do you even list the link to the downloads?

If not then please someone explain to me the need for this site other then to make the owner clickbank clicks....

I'm not trying to knock you as I make my fair share of AD revnue but come on..

So I'm suppose to look at the nfo file here to find the TRUE title of the release then search that in google?

Kind of kills the need for this site don't you think?

I really want to use this site if it's helpful but I just dont think it is......

Erm, not sure what the OP is asking so I'll clarify what/who we are and why VCDQ exists...

1. You cannot download ANYTHING from this site, we review scene releases.
2. Our main purpose is to list what is released and allow people to make an informed decision on whether to download it.
3. We've been around since 2001 and are a well respected site - do some research, don't take my word for it.
4. If you click on a movie release you should get a page of info including the actual "proper" folder name for the release... Use this as the basis of your search for your preferred download method.
5. The download links are simply ad links and will probably be removed in future. My advice is to avoid em like the plague

Just to reiterate... We are a release listing/review website and don't provide movies themselves, we leave that up to you. We are however pretty damned fast at listing what gets released and our reviews are normally accurate and will point our any flaws in a release.
