but surely people are downloading them, this forum is a godsend to me as the people who download them let us know that the film plays ok etc and so helps me and im sure others by not wasting our time in downloading a film that has crap quality or doesnt play properly.

to those people i thankyou , and keep the info coming.

ps looking for a good quality dvdr of the new film sawthat has no glitches and plays ok , and max payne.

Can't speak for anyone else but few of the releases listed here recently have interested me enough to watch and then comment on them. That could be because they were the wrong format (DVD5 rather than DVD9, PAL rather than NTSC, R3 rather than R1), not listed at all or I simply didn't like that kind of film.

With so many DVD9 releases available, the days of DVD5 scene releases and the opportunity to comment on them must be numbered in any case?

There are more than enough comments on good releases to make your mind up about them ,most of the unrated releases are generally groups like vomits who specialize in B movies Probably their mums are the only ones watching them.There are perfectly good versions of saw and max payne floating about so don't get the request thing.Whenever everyone comments on a release the thread goes tits up anyway .

I haven't noticed a lack of releases. I've watched plenty of new movies over the last month, more than most, and still have a few I haven't seen yet put aside for a rainy day.
