MPT is PAL, this one is NTSC. Except for that there isn't a lot of difference between the two. Source is a R1 Canadian release. Movie defaults to French audio but that can be easily changed in setup.

Forced French subs (in white) are present only during Italian dialogue sequences. There are no French subs for the hard-of-hearing. Spanish dialogue and subs have been completely removed which might be a drawback for some viewers. Italian dialogue is hard subbed (in yellow) in English regardless of which language option is selected.

There are also English subs (in white) for the hard of hearing. Once selected these cannot be cancelled from the menu and I had to use the remote handset instead. An English DTS surround track has been stripped from the release along with all special features and the menu which goes with them. The 5.1 Dolby is good but I would much prefer to have had DTS.
Movie is 106 mins long and not 102 as claimed in the nfo. The difference in running time is accounted for by the PAL versions having been speeded-up. In that respect I slightly prefer this NTSC version as the action sequences were too short to begin with and often left me wondering exactly what had just happened? It's also a good idea to watch Casino Royale immediately before this film as there are constant references to it in the script which may be lost on anyone with a short memory.
The folder is also known as "qos_dvdr" on at least one server but is the exact same release.
Video = 9 ("cce 7 pass")
Audio = 9 (should have kept the DTS)
Movie = 7
