b'coz the picture was jumping up'n'down.
The EurO version was also encoded with
CBR (Constant BitRate) that is also another
reason for NUKE, a SVCD must be VBR and 4pass
Also a movie that is 01.54.28 long, coded with
224 kbit Audio, will have a avg Bitrate off
approx 1650 if placede on 2x80min CD's and
NOT even close to the 1850avg that EurO claims.
Yet ANOTHER reason for a PROPER.

Plot Outline:
Vi befinder os i Kina i 1880, hvor Chon Wangs (Jackie Chans) far,
og beskytter af det kongelige segl, bliver myrdet af det engelske
Parlamentsmedlem Rathbone. Wangs søster, Chon Lin, er vidne til
mordet og sporer Rathbone til London for at hævne sin far. I USA
får Chon Wang besked om sin fars død og beslutter at opsøge sin
gamle ven Roy O'Bannon (Owen Wilson). Efter en del forviklinger
får Chon Wang overtalt Roy til at tage med til England. Her - i
det kyske victorianske London - får de lagt en storstilet plan for
først og fremmest at få det kongelige segl tilbage, men ikke mindst
stoppe Rathbone fra at dræbe hele den engelske kongefamilie...
