First of all I would like to point out that ifo files don't lie.
On that note, the unused ifos (vobs that were deleted) read
to play in PAL format (25fps). This means this was a
PAL->NTSC conversion, hence the svcd and xvid were too.

Second.. Last I checked R1 menus dont have dyslexic
tic-tack-toe words on them. So this isn't a R1 DVD.
But for those who are huge ROCK fans such as myself,
and have already downloaded this. Heres the PPF patch.
What was fixed was the menu itself and the video_ts ifo
to tell it to read the menu like a menu, not a trailer.
(In layman’s terms)
This video looks a little to dark for my flavor, I'm sure
they'll be a proper.
Last but not least... MPTDVD stop giving the scene crap
mislabeled DVDrs, DVDs never lie.
To patch just unrar to where mpt-trd-dvdr.img file is and
run mptcrap-rundown-ppf-patch-ind.bat
