1. can get DVD's, Pre-dvd's, screeners, workprints, vcd silvers
or other usefull stuff.
2. are rich, or you can supply cheap or free hardware.
(or other stuff that could be of value) ;)
3. got a fast connection and want to be a dumpsite (10mbit+)
4. can do telesyncs/telecines or cap from TV
5. can supply shells/bnc's
