What better way to promote the product, Tako figures, than to bring the creature back to Japan? So he leads an expedition with Sakurai and Furue to get the berries and the monster. Meanwhile, some American pilots discover the chunk of the glacier Godzilla was sealed in back in 1955. Sakurai's sister's boyfriend Kazuo is busy trying to sell an invisible but superstrong wire, which of course no one wants until Kong escapes. Jakmile to zjisti armada vysle proti Godzille rakety a letadla, ale Godzillu to nezastavi a pujde dal na Tokio. Mezitim je nalezen na tropickem ostrove lidoop, kteremu mistni domorodci rikaji King Kong. Pote, co znici obrovskou chobotnici, je polapen a odvezen z ostrova, protoze vedci veri, ze on je jedinou nadeji na zachranu Tokia. Godzilla mezitim zacne pustosit cele Japonsko a pri prvnim setkani Konga zazene do mesta. King Kong tam najde zenu, do ktere se zamiluje a zacne mesto nicit (s ni v ruce).
