Proper Notes: The only other version out there was the JJxvid
copy and it was nuked for bad ivtc, missing frames and
other things. This is a nice pal source but its still
a silver so take it as it is not what you hope it was.
Notes: We are in need of an experienced XViD encoder. Good credentials and
knowledge of scene rules are needed.
