Rachel and Phoebe go jogging in the park but Rachel gets embarrassed when
Phoebe runs like a little kid. Chandler decides to clean the whole
apartment before Monica gets home from work but Ross tells him that
Monica's going to kill him for moving everything. Chandler panics and then
can't remember where everything goes back in the right place. Joey gets a
sexy new roommate and tries his hardest not to flirt with her or make her
attracted to him.

Ross bleaches his teeth so they're nice and white for his date that night.
The only problem is he left the gel on for too long and they glow in the
dark. Joey denies turning into a woman when he enjoys doing girly things
