Reasons for this release:
Working with Interleaved video is slightly more difficult than regular DVD
video due to the fact that it has many pointers to the same title set and multiple
titles within same title set. This becomes a huge navigation mess. So when you
remove or bypass something as small as a menu (even the rated or unrated selection
menu) it causes a cascade of commands to be broken or rerouted which in turn can
cause errors in playback on many standalones. In this case to solve that issue we left
in the version type menu but deleted the "Theatrical version" button and made the default
button "unrated" as to not distrub the commands further in the menus and movie. Once the
"unrated" button is selected then the menu changes to the originally intented menu
without modifications and still defaulting the movie to display English subtitles for
non English parts automatically
