RELEASE: The Escape
Sandy entertains a job offer from a former colleague
to help cure his feeling of inadequacy. Kristen,
upset that Sandy is considering the new job, finds
herself in a compromising position with Jimmy in his
new apartment. Meanwhile, Ryan, Marissa, Seth and
Summer share close quarters on a road trip to Tijuana.
The tension between Ryan and Marissa is undeniable but
it isn't the only problem during the long ride south
of the border. Marissa learns about her parents'
divorce and, once in Mexico, learns the truth about
Luke. To cope with all of the new information, Marissa
makes a potentially deadly decision.
Ok NBS's release it's obvious. It's interlaced and it's
not PDTV. SD-6 is better but still not PDTV and has so
much snow you feel like you need boots. CTV currently
does not offer HDTV. You can check their website. Our
PDTV comes from the streaming mpeg2 broadcast OTA. The
simple explaination is that this is like downloading
a mpeg2 file thats 2 times the bitrate of DVD and in
some cases 2 times the resolution. Fox broadcasts in
the resolution listed above. Since its not a true HDTV
resolution which is defined as anything over 720 x 480,
so we call it PDTV. We have included a source file to
prove ours is PDTV although the quality of it leaves
little doubt. The .trp file will play using WinDVD and
if you know how to read PID's you'll see its what we say
it is. We really dont like to proper. So please if its
not a streaming digital source dont call it that. And if
people think PDTV = Directv then we'll be forced to give
what we do another name. The two are not the same.
