On the off chance that some folks actually read
nWo's recent nfo, and the even less likely
occurrence that any of them took nWo seriously,
we at CRiMSON thought we ought to respond.
Ordinarily, this is the portion of the nfo where
we feign good-natured competitiveness and give
nWo props for their recent improvement and for
recognizing and correcting their poor work with
One.Tree.Hill.103.Are.You.True.SampleFIX.SVCD-nWo.
Unfortunately, nWo has not even permitted us this
feeble pretense toward civility because they are
NOT in fact improving, and they didn't even
bother to ivtc the sample for their sample fix.
This, of course, begs the question of whether or
not nWo even knows what ivtc is. Say it with us,
nwo, "IN-VUHRS-TEHL-UH-SIN-AY." Now you know how
to say it. Next, please learn how to do it.
We would be willing to teach you, but fortunately
for you, you can save yourself the embarrassment
by checking it out on the web.
Assuming that you have mastered the very difficult
art of "surfing the web" -- no this has nothing
to do with wax or boards -- we suggest you navigate
to google.com and search on "ivtc."
Furthermore, nWo's release merited a response
because it included the charge that CRiMSON's
proper was somehow invalid because it was based
on their sample.
Well, nWo, since you seem to be such credit-whores
that there is no end to your internaling, we have
a great idea for you.
Include the entire mpg in the sample folder! Just
think of the possiblities. Double the credits on
every release, even on internals :-) ... we're sure
you love the sound of that.
Furthermore, it would save groups and nukers from
our confused idea that we are to check the quality
of your releases by the sample.
Here, we had been thinking that samples were for
checking the quality of releases. We had no idea
that they really exist for the purpose of
collecting a couple minutes from every episode.
Unfortunately, at least until you learn to ivtc,
our neurologists cannot permit us to watch anything
of yours longer than a small sample.
There is some concern that the shitframes and
flickering might induce seizures or even permanent
neural damage.
It is out of a similar concern for the physical
wellbeing of viewers everywhere that we propered
you, and we make no apology for it.
If nWo is unable to cut samples correctly, perhaps
it is time for them to consider that working with
television encoding probably isn't the right line
of work for them.

at least as entertaining as it was offensive.
