For some reason, Mermaidman and Barnacleboy leave Spongebob and Patrick in charge
of the mermalair while they're on vacation. SB and Pat marvel at the wonderful gadgets around the
mermalair, but MMM and BB order that they don't touch anything. After exploring the lair, they
notice one of the most evil villians of all: MAN RAY, frozen in tartar sauce! SB has so many
questions to ask, so Patrick starts to unfreeze the prison chamber. Half-frozen, Man Ray lies and
says that he's good...which he's not. They let him free, but he gets ready to attack them! Before
he can, SB activates the TICKLE BELT, a belt that Mermaidman put on him in episode 17 that tickles
him defenseless. Man Ray tries to think of a plan to trick them into taking it off him, so he starts
to cry and say how much he really wants to be good. SB and Pat give him goodness lessons, but they
mess them all up. He eventually graduates for saying "please", so they take the belt off of him. Man
Ray then grabs a weapon and runs off to Bikini Bottom First Nautical Bank. SB and Pat realize that
Man Ray is still bad, and they have to stop him! For some reason, he can still feel the tickle of
the belt before he can rob the bank, so his urge to do evil is gone, and he decides to just open up
a banking account. He returns back to SB and Pat, and declares that he's now a good guy. I guess
that SB and Pat are heroes or something!
