After Spongebob and Pat ask Mr. Krabs why he stole stuff from some people, he
tells them that you can "borrow" anything you want at anytime, as long as you return it before
it's missed. SB and Pat head off to the park, when they are struck with awe at a balloons for
sale. Sadly, they don't have any money! So, they decide to "borrow" a balloon. For some reason,
it just...pops for no reason, and they panic because they can't return it! SB suggests that they
confess, but Pat suggests they just act normal. It doesn't work, so they run off into the hills
and become felons. They set camp during the night and whine about not being able to do anything
anymore. They then realize that they can do whatever they want now that they're felons, so they're
happy again. They start to get hungry, so they eat...RECTANGLES! I mean...candy bars. Pat quickly
eats his, and then forgets about eating it. Not knowing where his candy bar went, he accuses SB of
stealing it. He and SB run off to tell the police on each other, and after getting to the police
station, confess to stealing a balloon. They're put in jail for 3 seconds. The police fish tell
them that it's actually Free Balloon Day, so they don't HAVE to pay for it! What a waste of time, huh?
