The storyline for the third film finds Blade joining forces with
two vampire hunters, part of a group called the Nightstalkers, as
they tackle the powerful and ruthless villain Danica Talos. After
harvesting the superior blood of the ancestor of all modern
vampires, Talos has resurrected the man now known as "Drake"
(notice the modernization of the Dracula name) from a century-long
sleep in the hopes of finally getting world control for all
vampires. Blade, along with the Nightstalkers must unleash a virus
that will kill all vamps-- but only are given one chance to make it
work.

ù Well well well, they managed to fuckup twice on this movie. The
chapter points included in the Centropy release are all fucked up
and do not match up anywhere close to the originals. Selecting a
chapter from the chapter selection menu does not take you to the
appropriate place in the movie. Additionally skipping chapters
during playback also takes you to the wrong place in the movie.
Our release contains the proper chapter points for both the
unrated and rated versions of this movie. That's right folks, our
release has both versions of the movie. Centropy claimed that both
versions couldn't be kept at an average greater than 2800kbps,
which is 200kbps lower than the minimum allowed average bitrate
but we managed to maintain a 3010kbps average bitrate by removing
a few unused cells in the special features menu (avg with them kept
would have been aprox. 2950kbps).
One final note. THP released a 2 DISC DTS only version of this movie
claiming to have achieved a 3300kbps average for the movie. This
average is obviously wrong if they included both versions of the movie
as the maximum obtainable bitrate with a 448kbps Dolby Digital 5.1
stream was 3010kbps. Clearly it's not possible to achieve a higher video
average when using a 768 kbps DTS stream. While their NFO does not make
it clear as to whether or not they included both versions of the movie
on their DVDR we found that their IFOs do indeed contain the VOB IDs for
both versions leading us to believe that they did include both. If this
is indeed the case then their average falls somewhere around 2630 kbps
because they did not remove the unused cells from the extras menu. This
average is 370kbps lower than the minimum average allowed. We aren't sure
how they could be unaware of what average bitrate they used as CCE clearly
tells you (check our jpeg) and you have to set it anyway. However, this
doesn't really matter though because their release is not labeled proper
and nor could it be a proper of Centropy's release due to the fact that it
does not contain a Dolby Digital audio stream. A DTS only release is useless
to anyone that doesn't have a DTS decoder, hence the reason why Dolby
Digital is required in all non-dupe releases.
Enough blabing about the other releases. As stated before ours contains
the proper chapter points as well as both versions of the movie.
Hopefully someone can download this and tell us what the difference is
between the two versions of the movie because we have yet to notice any
other than the obvious fact that one version is 10 minutes longer than
