Based on the video game, Alone in the Dark focuses on Edward Carnby, a detective
of the paranormal, who slowly unravels a mysterious events with deadly results.
Notes: As a few of you may have noticed by now the chapter points are off after
Chapter 14. This is due to an error in the reauthoring process. The original
DVD contains 26 cells, 25 of which are Chapter points. It appears that BHP
copied the timecodes for the 25 cells that were chapter points into Scenarist
but missed the timecode for cell 15 and then proceeded to duplicate the
cell/chapter structure of the original, making their cell 15 into a cell even
though it was supposed to be chapter 15 (cell 16) from the original. The end result
is that all the Chapter points after Chapter 14 are off by 1. To fix this we simply
changed cell 15 back into a Chapter and re-ordered the remaining Chapters accordingly.
Additionally, we removed the special features button from the menu since there are
no special features on the BHP DVDR. We also changed the volume label from NO_NAME
to ALONE_IN_THE_DARK.
Instructions: Just fire up PPF Omatic, load the BHP image file, our PPF
patch, and click apply. Then burn the patched image with your favorite
program. Enjoy :)
